Helikas AB was founded in 2017 based from the previous business Emporia Fastighetsservice.
Our goal is to help companies with solutions within the facility sector. With us, you can outsource parts of, or your entire, operations. We’re based in Malmö and Stockholm, but work all over Sweden, 24/7.
As a part of our eco mindset, all employees are provided travelcards to encourage the usage of public transport, provided cargo isn’t being moved. Furthermore, all vehicles used carry an eco classification of Euro 6 at a bare minimum.
Helikas is carbon neutral as all work done is climate compensated through a climate partner.
